Alura
During my third semester in the MMB program, I had the opportunity to work with Alura on a semester-long project.​ I collaborated with team members to assess the canine food, treat, and supplement market, and based on our investigation, make a recommendation on which market would be best for Alura to initially establish themselves in. As a team, we completed a comparative market analysis, interviewed key opinion leaders within the industry, developed a market strategy, and presented a final deliverable to report our findings. inSoma Bio
During my second semester in the MMB program, I had the opportunity to work with inSoma Bio on a semester-long project as a team leader. As a team leader, I was responsible for communication between my team and the company mentor, stimulated team work, held weekly team meetings, delegated tasks, along with providing support and encouragement.​ As a team, we completed a comparative market analysis, interviewed key opinion leaders within the industry, wrote portions of the NSF Phase II commercialization plan, and presented a final deliverable to report our findings. During my first semester in the MMB program, I had the opportunity to work with Thermo Fisher Scientific on a semester-long project. I collaborated with team members to analyze a set of competitors, create a competitive profile outlining key attributes, and perform a competitive strengths assessment on Thermo Fisher.
